新型單梁橋式起重機(jī)

　　公司自己開發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)軟件，結(jié)合三維造型及有限元分析，從起升機(jī)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)到附件均采用最合理的結(jié)構(gòu)，再加上高強(qiáng)度材料的大范圍應(yīng)用，提高了承載能力，降低了自身重量，較傳統(tǒng)起重機(jī)自重輕、輪壓小。
　　吊鉤至兩側(cè)的極限距離小，工作范圍大，軌道面以上高度尺寸小，有效利用廠房空間。
　　由于輪壓小、外形尺寸小，可降低廠房等前期工程投資，同時(shí)照明、取暖等設(shè)施也能節(jié)省一部分費(fèi)用。且產(chǎn)品性能可靠，經(jīng)久耐用，使后期產(chǎn)品在使用過程中所需的附加費(fèi)用降至最低。選配的高質(zhì)量、高性能零部件使維護(hù)、維修的工作量大為減小，總裝機(jī)功率有所降低，使用成本得以節(jié)約。
　　采用變頻技術(shù)，重載慢速，輕載快速，調(diào)速范國1：10，起重機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，減小對廠房的沖擊。結(jié)合防搖擺技術(shù)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)吊運(yùn)物品的高精度定位。

　　The limit distance from the hook to both sides is small, the working range is large, and the height and size above the rail surface are small, so the plant space is effectively utilized.
Due to small wheel pressure and small overall size, it can reduce the investment in the preliminary works such as the plant, and at the same time, lighting, heating and other facilities can also save some costs. And the product performance is reliable and durable, which minimizes the additional costs required for the later products in the use process. The selected high-quality and high-performance components greatly reduce the workload of maintenance and repair, reduce the total installed power and save the use cost.
　　Frequency conversion technology is adopted, heavy load is slow, light load is fast, speed range is 1:10, the crane runs smoothly, and the impact on the plant is reduced. Combined with anti-swing technology, high-precision positioning of lifted items can be realized.
